Ownership and oversight

Checking that AI is working as it should

Spot-checking AI output for quality, fairness, and accuracy — not just trusting it blindly.

Emails, proposals, hiring decisions, pricing — is there a human-in-the-loop review step?
8. Do you check AI output for accuracy or mistakes?(Required)
Catching 'hallucinations' — confident but wrong AI answers — before they cause problems.

Handling problems and changes

What happens when AI causes trouble, and how you stay current as things change.

A simple plan: who to tell, how to fix it, how to communicate with affected customers.

Knowing who you're trusting with your data and checking their privacy/security claims.
